I love smoothies as a convenient way to include more fruits and vegetables in my diet. My smoothie recipes include ingredients like spinach, kale, cucumber, zucchini, cauliflower and beets as well as a variety of frozen fruit. I like adding a whole food plant-based protein powder to help sweeten them up and add 20 grams of plant protein from sources like brown rice, hemp, pea and quinoa.
