EMOM, or every minute on the minute workouts, are fun, effective, time-effecient and easily scalable to any fitness level. Prepare a timer and get ready to sweat!

Some of my favourites are this 30-Minute Bodyweight EMOM, 45 Minute Full-Body EMOM Workout and Strength and Conditioning EMOM Workout.
