Hemp Matcha Chip Smoothie Bowl

  1. Add the hemp seeds and liquid to a high-speed blender and blend on high for about a minute.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine until it’s thick and creamy. If it’s too thick to blend, add a dash more liquid at a time until it blends.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a bowl, add your favourite toppings and enjoy with a spoon.

Notes

To make this a drinkable smoothie, increase the liquid to 3/4 cup and then slowly add more to reach desired consistency.

Topping Ideas: hemp seeds, shredded coconut or coconut flakes, almond or sunflower seed butter, cacao nibs, cashews, almonds, sliced strawberries, blueberries or banana.
