Happy Get FIT Friday everyone! Can you believe it’s Friday again? Hows was your week of fitness so far? Mine was pretty great, I’d have to say!
Here’s how my week looked and my plans for the weekend:
Monday – CrossFit Class
Tuesday – CrossFit Class
Wednesday – Rest Day – 30 minutes cardio: spin/skipping + long stretch
Thursday – 30 minutes treadmill hills
Friday – CrossFit Class
Saturday – Bootcamp-Style Class
Sunday – Rest Day – Biking/Hiking
For today’s workout post I’m sharing an intense full-body strength training workout that will have you sweating while working every last, little (and big!) muscle in your body. This workout takes 30 minutes to complete, but I’d recommend performing a good warm-up before you start.
If you’re unsure of how to warm-up correctly for this kind of exercise, head over and read this post on dynamic warm-ups before you begin. Squat to Curl and Press
Kettlebell High Pull (use a barbell if you don’t have a kettlebell)
Kettlebell Deadlift (or use a DB on end if you don’t have kettlebell)
DB Push Press
Jackknife Sit Up (to modify, just do regular sit ups)
