This 30 minute full-body strength training workout is exactly that. You’ll blast a ton of calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, have a lot of fun and finish it just dripping with sweat!
This workout takes 30 minutes to complete and you’ll need a set of dumbbells, a timer and a kettlebell to complete.

Squat to Curl and Press
Kettlebell High Pull (use a barbell if you don’t have a kettlebell)
Kettlebell Deadlift (or use a DB on end if you don’t have kettlebell)
DB Push Press
Jackknife Sit Up (to modify, just do regular sit ups)
