30 Minute Full-Body Strength Training Workout

Ready for an intense full-body strength and conditioning workout that will have you sweating while working every last muscle in your body? Well, here ya go! This 30-minute full-body strength training workout is exactly that. You’ll blast a ton of calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, build strength, have a lot of fun and finish it just dripping with sweat!

Workout Details

This workout consists of 3 circuits, each with 4 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest, repeated for 2 rounds. This workout takes 30 minutes to complete and you’ll need a set of dumbbells, a timer and a kettlebell to complete.

Circuit 1

  • 60 seconds jump squats
  • 60 seconds push-ups
  • 60 seconds reverse lunges
  • 60 seconds high plank
  • 60 seconds rest

Repeat for 2 total rounds.

Circuit 2

  • 60 seconds squat with curl and press
  • 60 seconds dumbbell row
  • 60 seconds kettlebell high-pull
  • 60 seconds side plank (30 seconds per side)
  • 60 seconds rest

Repeat for 2 total rounds.

Circuit 3

  • 60 seconds deadlift
  • 60 seconds push-press
  • 60 seconds v-ups
  • 60 seconds supermans
  • 60 seconds rest

Repeat for 2 total rounds.

  1. I love this workout! Itโ€™s a perfect full-body strength workout with the added benefit of cardio! I have started doing it every 4-5 days between my running and strength training days, and Iโ€™ve noticed improvement in my strength and stamina!ย
