This magnesium-rich smoothie gets it’s magnesium from 2 nutritious sources: raw cacao powder and chia seeds. It’s rich, chocolatey, thick, creamy and perfectly sweet thanks to the frozen banana.
To make this recipe extra creamy and delicious, make sure you use frozen banana then add a nut butter of your choice. Peanut, almond or cashew butter would all be excellent choices!Print
