20 Minute Hill Treadmill Workout

This 20-minute rolling hills workout is deceptively difficult. You will be running on the treadmill on an incline for the whole 20 minutes and it will progressively increase up to 7%. This is a short run, only 20 minutes, so choose a speed that is going to challenge you.

You can do anything for 20 minutes, so turn up the music and get to it!

I ran this at 7.0 mph and I definitely wanted to press that big, red stop button more than a few times! Let me know how you do!

  • 0-2 min – 2%
  • 2-4 min – 4%
  • 4-6 min – 3%
  • 6-8 min – 5%
  • 8-10 min – 4%
  • 10-12 min – 6%
  • 12-14 min – 5%
  • 14-16 min – 7%
  • 16-18 min – 6%
  • 18-20 min – 8%
