- 1 cup raw almonds or cashews
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
Add everything to a food processor or high-speed blender and process until it resembled finely grated parmesan cheese in texture.
Sprinkle over pasta, salad, soups, sandwiches, roasted veggies and more. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a month.
