Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

This decadent and creamy chocolate avocado banana smoothie contains ingredients that will leave you buzzing with energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice almond, soy, oat, etc.
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder 7 g
  • 1 medium frozen banana 120 g
  • 1/4 medium avocado 30 g
  • 1/2 cup steamed cauliflower (fresh or frozen) 60 g
  • 1 serving vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder 30 g
  • 1 tbsp almond butter 15 g
  • 2 dates, pitted optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt optional
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs optional, for crunch

Instructions

  • Add the milk to a high-speed blender then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Start blending on low then slowly increase speed to high and blend briefly until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
