Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 30 g
  • 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree 125 g
  • 1 medium frozen banana 125
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Start blending on low then slowly increase speed, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until you have a thick, creamy consistency.
  • Scoop the pudding into a bowl, add your choice of toppings and enjoy.
