Notes

Nutrition facts will vary depending on milk and protein powder used.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
Optional: Add a pinch of sea salt and 1 tsp vanilla to enhance chocolate flavour.
I have only tested this recipe with pea protein-based vegan protein powder like PEScience, Genuine Health, PVL and Vega. Readers have had success with whey protein and casein protein but I don't it absorbs liquid in the same way that pea protein does so you may have to adjust the amount of liquid used in the recipe. Pea proteins also vary!
