Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup mashed butternut squash, cooled
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 serving vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric optional
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Don't over blend.
  • Pour into a glass or scoop into a bowl and enjoy.
