Anti-Inflammatory Blueberry Hemp Seed Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with antioxidants, fiber, protein and nourishing anti-inflammatory ingredients. It can be enjoyed anytime of day for a healthy and energizing snack or meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup 140 g frozen blueberries (or other frozen berry of choice)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds 22 g
  • 1 scoop serving vanilla protein powder 30 g
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh spinach or kale 30 g
  • 1 tsp spirulina or chlorella powder
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp holy basil powder optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
