Ingredients

Mix up the teriyaki sauce ingredients and the cornstarch slurry. Set aside for now.

Blend the ginger peanut sauce.

Stir fry the carrot, bell pepper and snap peas, then add the sesame seeds.

Add the chickpeas to a pan then add the teriyaki sauce and cornstarch mixture.

Once thickened, stir in the green onions.

Serve the stir fried veggies over rice, top with the chickpeas and peanut sauce.
