Made this for dinner and lunch tomorrow and loved it. The squash seasoning and roasted chickpeas were so good! I think I’ll be making the dressing a lot too, haha.

ingredients:

start the quinoa, prep the squash, season it and bake 20-25 min

mix chickpeas with salt and oil and roast along with squash
