Start by cooking the wild rice and roasting the squash with cinnmon, cumin, salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil.

Whisk together the orange dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

When the squash and rice and ready, add to the bowl with the dressing along with kale, pomegranate, parsley and green onion.

Finally, top with remaining pomegranate arils and your choice of nuts or seeds such as pistachios, pecans or pumpkin seeds.
