here's what you'll need:

Prepare the cauliflower and chop the onion.

Add cauliflower, onion, chickpeas, oil and spices to a bowl and mix well.

Spread on 2 baking sheets and roast for 30 minutes.

Mix up the yogurt dressing.

Add the roasted cauliflower to the dressing with the cranberries, cilantro and cashews and mix well.
