vegan coconut protein brownies

These easy brownies are rich, fudgy, delicious and easy to make with just 5 ingredients.

ingredients

protein powder

chocolate chips

shredded coconut

cocoa powder

banana

Blend everything up in a food processor.

Spread in a loaf pan (extra chocolate on top  recommended!) and bake for 15 minutes.

Let cool for 15 minutes then slice into squares.

Enjoy for a yummy,  chocolatey treat!

These were a hit with my 5 and 8 year old kids. I’ll likely make them again for the family!
