vegan cinnamon rolls

activate the yeast with sugar and water

mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl

add the yeast, oil and plant-based milk

step 4

knead then let rise 1 hour in a bowl

roll the dough into a  rectangle

step 6

sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

step 7

roll dough into a log

step 8

cut into 12 portions

step 9 

rest again then bake for 30 minutes

step 10

make the creamy cashew frosting

step 11

let the rolls cool for 20 min then frost

enjoy while still warm!
