amazing  vegan butter "chicken"

The flavor is phenomenal, the consistency is amazing, and the color is gorgeous. My carnivore fiancé who hates leftovers asked if he could take the rest to work for lunch. It’s THAT good. 

-30 minute, 1 pot recipe -vegan and gluten-free -simple ingredients -full of flavour and nutrition -swap tofu for chickpeas if you prefer!

1. Option to press the tofu. 2. Blend the cashew cream. 3. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger. 4. Add the tomato, cashew cream and cubed tofu. 5. Simmer briefly then enjoy!

Made this for supper tonight. The recipe was easy to follow and everyone enjoyed. The spice combination is amazing and will definitely make it again.
