Tofu Pad Thai

• vegan + can be gluten-free  • easy to make in 30 minutes • amazing flavour • try it for homemade takeout!


• tamarind paste • soy sauce • coconut sugar • peanut butter • lime • sesame oil • tofu • garlic • shallot • green onion • bean sprouts

step 1

cook the rice noodles according to package instructions

step 2

prepare the pad Thai sauce

step 3

fry the tofu until crispy

step 4

saute the shallot, garlic, green onion and chili flakes

step 5

add the sauce and mix

step 6

stir in the tofu and bean sprouts

step 7

serve with cilantro and peanuts and enjoy!

This recipe was amazing! It was delicious and quick to make and very filling! Very family friendly too. It will be added to my recipe collection.
