Tofu Pad Thai

ingredients

• tamarind paste • soy sauce • coconut sugar • peanut butter • lime • sesame oil • tofu • garlic • shallot • green onion • bean sprouts

step 1

cook the rice noodles according to package instructions

prepare the pad Thai sauce

step 3

fry the tofu until crispy

step 4

saute the shallot, garlic, green onion and chili flakes

step 5

add the sauce and mix

step 6

stir in the tofu and bean sprouts

step 7

serve with cilantro and peanuts and enjoy!
