Sweet and Sour Tofu

This delicious dish is easy to make for a healthy, plant-based meal the whole family will love.

Chop the vegetables and mix up the sweet and sour sauce.

Toss the tofu in garlic powder, salt and pepper and cornstarch.

Fry the tofu cubes until crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Stir fry the veggies until tender but still bright and crisp.

Add the sauce and tofu to the pan and cook until the sauce is thick and sticky.

Enjoy over rice and topped with sesame seeds and green onion.
