carrot bell peppers onion jalapeno garlic diced tomatoes broth spices red lentils

step 1

add all the veggies to the crock pot

step 2

add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine

step 3

cook 3 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low

enjoy with your fave  toppings!

I tried this last night and it was so delicious! Will definitely be adding this to my favourites. Such a lovely meal.
