Quinoa Flour Pancakes
These pancakes are gluten-free, vegan, oil-free and so easy to make!

mix up the flax "egg" and mix up the dry ingredients
stir in the water to create the batter
add 1/4 cup portions to a hot pan
cook 4-5 minutes then flip and cook 1 more minute
add all your favourite pancakes toppings
enjoy for a delicious breakfast!
I loved these pancakes and will be making them again. I was pleasantly surprised that they tasted so good.
