Saute the veggies
Saute the celery, onion,
garlic and mushrooms until soft and fragrant.
Blend the nuts
Blend the nuts, rice, oats and
flax in a food processor.
Add to veggies
Add the mixture from the food processor to the pot with the veggies.
Add to a loaf tin
Add the prepared filling to
a loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
Top with glaze
Top with your choice of cranberry glaze, which is perfect for the holidays, or tomato glaze which is suitable for everyday.
Bake, slice & enjoy!
Bake the loaf for 60 minutes
then let cool for 30 before slicing. Enjoy!
