These are AWESOME!! I have made them at least 3 times – I bring them to work instead of Lara bars. They’re so delicious, the only problem is that it’s almost impossible to stop from eating them all in one sitting!

nut or seed butter

shredded coconut

It's easy to substitute and customize these ingredients!

step 1

blend the seeds and coconut into a  grainy texture

step 2

add the dates and nut/seed butter and blend into thick dough

step 3

press the dough into a lined baking pan

step 4

firm in the freezer for 30-60 minutes

step 5

lift out of the pan and slice into bars
