what you need

step 1

cook rice or use leftover cooked rice

cook the mushrooms until brown and crisp

step 2

saute the garlic, scallion and ginger

step 3

add the rice, tamari or soy sauce and salt

step 4

add the cooked mushroom and peas

step 5

stir fry for a couple minutes
