These bars are gluten-free, vegan, easy to make and taste just like the classic candy bar!

ingredients

oat flour

plant-based milk

nut butter

maple syrup

chocolate

coconut oil

dates

Mix the crust ingredients into a crumbly dough.

Press dough into a pan, bake for 10 minutes then cool for 30 minutes.

Blend the caramel ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Spread the caramel over the cooled shortbread crust.

Melt the chocolate and  spread it over the caramel layer.

Set in the fridge until firm then slice and enjoy!

Try them with a sprinkle of sea salt!
