What You'll Need


make the stir fry sauce

Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside for now.

step two

fry the tempeh

Cook the tempeh cubes in a hot pan until browned on all sides.

step three

cook the veggies

Steam veggies for 3-4 minutes then remove lid and stir fry until tender.

step four

finish stir fry

Add the sauce and tempeh to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.

serve with rice & enjoy!

Top your stir fry with sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallions.
