No-Bake Oatmeal Granola Bars

These no-bake oatmeal bars are easy to make in minutes with just 6 healthy ingredients and make a delicious homemade alternative to store-bought energy bars.

I made these today. They are delicious!I look forward to eating them for snacks throughout this week.

just 6 simple ingredients!

Blend the almonds and dates into a crumbly dough in a food processor.


Add the oats, hemp seeds, peanut butter and maple syrup and blend into a thick, sticky dough.


Press the dough into a lined loaf pan until firm. 


Freeze briefly to firm or lift out of pan right away and slice into bars. Enjoy!

peanut & nut-free option

For peanut-free bars, use almond butter instead of peanut butter. For nut-free bars, use sunflower seeds instead of almonds and sunflower seed butter or tahini instead of peanut butter.


I made these a couple days ago and they are so good.  I will definitely be making them again and won’t be telling my teenagers because they will eat them all!
