My husband already asked me to make these again lol. We had them topped with prawns and broccoli and it was really good. Straightforward to make too. I might try the chili oil with with something else like green beans or bok choy or something. Thanks!

here's what you'll need:

Cook the oil, shallot, garlic, salt and chili flakes over low heat for 3-5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and mix in the sesame seeds, sesame oil and miso paste.

Mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar and brown or coconut sugar.

Heat 4 tbsp of the chili oil in a skillet then add the green onions.

Add the noodles and sauce and toss to coat the noodles.

Serve with more chili oil, scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
