A quick and easy pumpkin snack that’s high in protein and low in fat!
Ingredients
- 1 serving (30 g) vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup (125 g) quality pure pumpkin puree
- 1 medium (125 g) frozen banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
Notes
For added sweetness, add a couple drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp of maple syrup.
