Today I’ve got 4-ingredient vegan protein fudge that’s gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free! Do you ever get a craving for chocolate that just can’t be ignored? Well this fudge is the answer! Keep a batch of this in the freezer and it’ll save the day when chocolate cravings strike!

This is insanely rich, so I recommend cutting the pieces very small for just a quick, little bite. I opted for adding in some organic hemp protein to balance them out and add in some extra nutrition.

This no-bake, healthy vegan fudge only requires 4 simple ingredients and is gluten-free and vegan! Plus it contains a good dose of plant-based protein and NO refined sugar!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup organic hemp protein (I used North Coast Naturals)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a saran or wax paper-lined pan.
  3. Freezer for 2 hours.
  4. Cut and enjoy!
  5. Store in the freezer in an air-tight container.
