This no-bake, healthy vegan fudge only requires 4 simple ingredients and is gluten-free and vegan! Plus it contains a good dose of plant-based protein and NO refined sugar!
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup organic hemp protein (I used North Coast Naturals)
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until very smooth.
- Pour into a saran or wax paper-lined pan.
- Freezer for 2 hours.
- Cut and enjoy!
- Store in the freezer in an air-tight container.
