For the Salad

  • 1 x 312g container of organic baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup raw hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1/2 large cucumber, diced
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 10 dates, pitted and diced

For the Dressing


Instructions

  1. Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place all the dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add dressing to salad and mix.
  4. Makes 4 dinner-sized portions or 8 sides.
