A sweet and spicy, almond and lime dressing that’s amazing with tofu or over zucchini noodles, pasta, stir fries, salads and buddha bowls.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp packed fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and mix well.
  2. Makes approximately 1 cup.
