So, what’s coming up in February? Well, I’ve got a ton of awesome content on the way this month!
I just celebrated 2 years of Running on Real Food (happy bloggiversary to me!!) so I’ll be sharing what I’ve learning in the past 2 years of blogging. I’ll also be talking about vegan sports nutrition, tips for working out first thing in the morning, discussing supplementing a vegan diet and plenty more great stuff.
