Simple, fresh and completely raw this dish is perfect for a warm, summer evening.



  • 3 cups spinach, lightly packed
  • 1 cup raw hemp seeds
  • 1 cup fresh basil, packed
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Place all the pesto ingredients into a high speed blender and mix well.
  2. Add a little water 1 tsp at a time if it’s too thick.


To make the pasta dish as shown, spiralize 1-2 large zucchinis, dice 6 mini bell peppers and finely chop 1 crown of broccoli. Add it all to a bowl and top with the hemp seed pesto,
