Ingredients
- 2 cups (440 g) packed, soft pitted dates
- 1 cup (140 g) hemp seeds
- 1 cup (110 g) raw walnuts
- 1/3 cup (35 g) cocoa powder
- up to 1/2 tsp sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until it forms a sticky dough you can press between your fingers.
- Press the dough into a 7 to 8 inch square baking pan lined with parchment.
- Place in the freezer for a couple hours to firm.
- Lift out of the pan and cut into 16 squares.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
