  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and mix until it forms a thick dough.
  2. Roll into approximately 14 balls.
  3. Store in the fridge or freezer.

Notes

It’s important to use soft, fresh dates in no-bake recipes like this. The dates sweeten the recipe and hold it all together. Medjool, sayer or deglect noor dates are the best. If you only have hard, dry dates, soak them in hot water for 20 minutes and drain before using.
