Orange Mango Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vega Performance Protein in Vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 navel orange
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (sub. with almond or peanut butter or tahini)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 5 g fermented l-glutamine (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and enjoy!

Notes

If it’s too thick, just add a little more almond milk or eat as is with a spoon!
