Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large frozen banana, cut into chucks
  • 1 scoop Renew Liife Skinny Gut Vanilla Shake
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 34 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain.
  2. Add the dates and the rest of the ingredients in to a high-powered blender and mix until completely smooth.
