This summer I am committing to a lifestyle change. I have hypothyroid which makes it really difficult to lose weight and exercise. I have never been exercise type of person. It is a struggle for me to even go for a walk in this heat. I decided to approach this more realistically and doable for me. Thanks to your blog. I am going to seek you out as a source of inspiration. I am also changing my eating habits to a more vegan/vegetarian lifestyle.
Thanks for sharing this!
Thanks a lot!
