1. Chocolate Covered Strawberries

These are so good! They just need a little time to set in the fridge and they’re ready to eat!

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Mix together until smooth then dip the strawberries and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes to set.

2. Peanut Butter & Apple Sandwiches

This treat doesn’t require a recipe, all you need is an apple, some natural peanut butter and a few toppings.

First you’ll want to core the apple and then slice it into rings. Take two pieces, top one slice with peanut butter, raisins, some vegan chocolate chips and cinnamon, then place the other slice on top. Place in the oven at 350 F for about 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and apple is soft and heated, enjoy!

You can also make this as apple nachos. Just slice apples thinly lay on a plate then top with a melted nut butter, goji berries, cacao nibs and cinnamon or any other toppings you like.

3. Date & Almond Balls

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor until well mixed. Roll into balls place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Try rolling then in cocoa, coconut or finely chopped almonds to switch it up!

To make them, slice a pear in half, add the maple syrup and cinnamon if desired and bake at 350 until soft and tender. Serve with some coconut yogurt and nuts, almond or cashew butter or a drizzle of tahini and hemp seeds.
