How to Listen to Podcasts
I have a Samsung phone, so I listen to podcasts using the Pocket Casts app, if you’re on Apple, you can listen through iTunes. You can also listen to these directly through the podcasts websites if you don’t have an Apple computer or phone. Many of these are also available on Spotify.
Best Health and Nutrition Podcasts
Probably my favourite podcast for all things nutrition, health, wellness and personal growth. I can’t tell you how many episodes have been life-changing for me. Definitely a must-listen!
Another favourite of mine. I’ve learned so much listening to The Ultimate Health Podcast. Each episode is jam packed full of so much good stuff. They cover a huge spectrum of nutrition topics as well as health, wellness, fitness and self-improvement.
Also one of my favourites. Shawn Stevenson on The Model Health Show is awesome and he covers a huge range of healthy living and nutrition topics. Shawn Stevenson also has an awesome book called Sleep Smarter which I recommend if you’re interested in getting the most out of your sleep for a better body, improved health and more success.
