This extra creamy banana and coconut smoothie is perfect after a workout to replenish.




  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


I used two small bananas, but one large one will be fine. Adjust the consistency by starting with a bit less almond milk and adding it in slowly. Mine was very thick but still drinkable through a straw.
