This creamy, coconut smoothie is a twist on classic banana cream pie. It’s made with frozen banana for extra creaminess and sweetness and it’s balanced out with a spritz of fresh lemon juice. Almonds and cinnamon bring in the flavour of the crust and a mixture of light coconut milk and almond milk smooth is all out.

I used two small bananas, but one large one will be fine. Adjust the consistency by starting with a bit less almond milk and adding it in slowly. Mine was very thick but still drinkable through a straw.
