This 20 minute rolling hills workout is deceptively difficult. You will be running on the treadmill on an incline for the whole 20 minutes and it will progressively increase up to 7%. This is a short run, only 20 minutes, so choose a speed that is going to challenge you. You can do anything for 20 minutes, so turn up the music and get to it!
