This is such a fun, quick workout that works the entire body! This workout is easily scaled to any fitness level and needs little equipment. The goal here is to really push it for those 30 seconds, hence the high-intensity interval training! Rather than taking it slowly through the exercises, speed them up and really power through the whole motion. You’ll want to use a weight that you can finish the whole workout with but challenging enough that you’re barely able to finish those 30 seconds, it should really be burning at the end of each interval! If you’re unsure of any of the exercises there are plenty of good examples on YouTube. I will have to sort out taking some videos and photo examples for you soon, as long as you don’t mind taken in the middle of my tiny living room – possibly with 1-2 dogs running around. 🙂
Here’s a picture from my workout today! It was a good one. I’m realllllyyyy looking forward to active rest day tomorow! I’ll be hitting up a hatha yoga flow class in the morning and I will take a long walk with dogs in the afternoon. Sweet, sweet weekend…you’re finally here. In other news, Mexico in 4 days!
