I really struggled with this run today, it might have been the 150 squats and 200 lunges I did yesterday, just maybe. My legs were on fire for the last mile, I REALLY wanted to hit that big, red stop button, but I didn’t.
I warmed up for 5 minutes at 6mph before I started the workout.
Here it is!
And here are my results – can’t complain about that. I’m getting closer to that 45:00 minute 10k.
