I’ve been meaning to share this workout with you guys for a while now. I did it a couple of weeks ago on my lunch break and it’s a killer WOD you can get done when you have limited time to work with.
It’s pretty straight-forward. Start with a 400m sprint, then burn through the exercises and finish with another 400m sprint. This is a short workout so the goal is to really push it and get through it with minimal rest!! Finish as fast as you can while maintaining proper form.
Wanna take this workout up a notch?? Try these WOD Booster Options:
1. Make the sprints 800m instead of 400m
2. Add a 60 second plank before and after each sprint
3. Run through the exercises twice instead of once (ok – you cray!!)
4. Add extra 400m sprints after the set of 40 jump squats and the set of 20 kettlebell swings (you’re a maniac!!)
